How to Block OnlyFans on Every Device, Including Lookalike Sites
Block OnlyFans on your phone and computer, plus the lookalike sites and social media routes that lead back to it. A shame-free guide for people trying to quit.

Why OnlyFans needs its own plan
OnlyFans isn't like a free porn site, and quitting it is different too. There's a parasocial pull: paid DMs and "personal" messages that feel like a relationship. There's money: subscriptions that renew automatically, tips and pay-per-view messages that can add up to real debt. And there's the funnel. Creators promote themselves on X, Reddit, Instagram and TikTok, so the way back to OnlyFans usually starts somewhere else.
If you're here because you want out, that's a good decision, and nothing to feel ashamed of. A plan that works has to cover the site itself, the lookalike sites, the social media routes in, and the money.
Step 1: Shut off the money
- Log in to OnlyFans one last time, open Subscriptions, and turn off auto-renew on every creator.
- Remove your saved payment cards under Your cards.
- Check your banking app. Many banks and card providers let you freeze a card or block particular merchants or categories. If yours does, use it.
- Consider deleting the account from Settings → Account. A blocked site with a saved card and live subscriptions is easier to slip back into.
Step 2: Built-in device options and their limits
On iPhone or iPad, Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → Web Content → Limit Adult Websites, with onlyfans.com added under Never Allow, covers Safari and other browsers. Android and Windows have no equivalent for your own account. Browser extensions and the hosts file are local, so they stop working when you switch browser or device. On every platform, the built-in options can be changed in under a minute, which is the very thing that makes them unreliable.
Step 3: Block OnlyFans and its lookalikes with NoorI
NoorI blocks at the DNS level, on every device you enroll, through a private Cloudflare Gateway. Your phone, laptop and tablet all follow the same rules.
- Enroll your devices with the free Cloudflare One app. Start with the quick start guide.
- Turn on adult-content blocking. The Basic preset, included on the Free plan, blocks Cloudflare's adult categories, which cover most porn and leak sites.
- Don't rely on category classification for the one site you most need gone. On Pro, create a rule and add
onlyfans.comas a custom domain. Blocking a domain also blocks its subdomains, including the servers that deliver its media. - Add the lookalike sites you know you'd switch to. Common ones are
fansly.com,fanvue.com,loyalfans.comandmanyvids.com. Only add the ones that actually tempt you; you don't need a list of hundreds.
Custom domains need Pro ($9.99/month, 7-day free trial). The Free plan covers one device with the Basic preset only.
Step 4: Close the routes in
Most relapses start with a creator's post on another platform, not with someone typing onlyfans.com. Think about where you actually came across it:
- X openly allows adult content and is the biggest promotion channel. See blocking X.
- Reddit NSFW subreddits are the second biggest. See blocking Reddit.
- Link-in-bio pages like Linktree are used by many legitimate businesses, so only block them if you know they're a trigger for you.
Make it stick: Guardian Mode
Guardian Mode (Pro) adds a second person to the loop. You invite someone you trust, such as a partner, friend, sponsor or accountability buddy, from Settings → Guardian Mode. Once they accept and you switch it on, these changes need their approval: editing or deleting a rule, pausing protection, unlocking your profile, and disconnecting NoorI. Adding a new block never needs approval, because it only makes you safer.
When you ask to unlock, your guardian gets an email. Even if they approve, nothing opens right away. There is a mandatory delay of at least 4 hours (24 hours by default), then a 30-minute window to make changes, then everything locks again by itself. A request your guardian never answers expires after 48 hours. A guardian also can't be removed for the first 2 days after they accept, so you can't invite a second email address you own and quietly delete it.
Your guardian only gets an email when you ask to change something. They don't see your browsing, so you don't have to share every detail with them. Many people in recovery choose a sponsor, a therapist or a close friend.
Blocking this for a teenager?
Blocking this for a child instead? The same steps work, but a managed child profile with its own rules is a better fit than sharing your account. See setting different rules for different children.
Frequently asked questions
Does a normal porn filter block OnlyFans?
Often, but not always. Classification can change, and the creators' promotional posts live on general social networks no adult filter blocks. Add onlyfans.com as a specific custom domain rather than relying on a category.
Will blocking the site cancel my subscriptions?
No. Subscriptions keep renewing and charging your card even when the site is blocked. Turn off auto-renew and remove your cards first.
Can I block OnlyFans on my phone and laptop at the same time?
Yes. Enroll each device with Cloudflare One under the same NoorI account, and the same rules apply to all of them. Pro supports up to 10 devices.
Will anyone see what I was blocking?
Your Activity log is visible only in your own NoorI dashboard. A guardian in Guardian Mode receives unlock requests, not your browsing history.
